Whatever it is that you want to achieve is entirely possible, but subject to one very important condition – YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
For example, if you would like to be more efficient in your job, and work the computer better. Then do something about it, read a book on how to improve your computer skills in spreadsheets, word processing or others. Enroll if you must in a night school to improve your skills.
If you think you lack the confidence in making presentations or of speaking in public, do something about it. There are a lot of courses and clubs you can join to improve your confidence.
If you believe that your health is holding you back from optimal performance, get a thorough medical check-up or join a fitness club to lose weight and gain energy.
There are plenty of other instances of things that are holding us back, which we can do something about it.
Do not give yourself excuses. Everything can be changed. Making the commitment to change is the toughest part of any self-development plan. Do it now and stop putting it off.
